Promissory note

sir

a person gave cheque of his firm and executed promissory note in his  favour. to recover ,whether he or his firm would bring civil suit .pl guide .

You need to explain a little more about the promissory note. Normally it is executable in court but whether the Indian courts allow this or not is a different matter. This is definitely executable in the UK and it is part of UK law. KS Johal
