My wife filled counter for my initial petition,later my wife filled a petition for which i have filled a counter
,now the case is in principal session court(Family court - civil case) hindu marriage act 1956, now the case
in enquiry stage ,in this stage i have fill a proof affidavit ,but i am not aware of the procedure to fill the proof
affidavit , so please let me know the format to fill a proof afidavit,because of financial limitations I am
presenting my own case. also please suggest me a good book that would help me in defending the
case .
