Submit the death certificate/legal heir certificate/title deed  etc to the authority under whose jurisdiction plot falls e.g; MC................and revenue officer e.g; Patwaari, shall update the inheritance in the name of all ClassI legal heirs i.e . Wife, mother, sons,daughters...................

Thereafter any one can relinquish their share in your favor by a valid and registered relinquishment deed.
