Property

Sir I have a property in Gandhidham Kutch. This land is 99yers lease property. One of my friend wants to purchase it through General power of attorney. Now the question is if the property is purchased by gpa can the transaction can be shown for tax purposes

Yes the transaction has to be shown in in yourv retur. If your friend also shown the transaction as he shall be bound to give explanation in regard to make payment to you. Consult a income tax lawyer.
