hello freinds, i need your guidance on the following matter
my friend "A" is having open land at under nagarparishad Thane dist. jointly (50%share) with another person"B" Purchased from the land owner 10 years back. Now the "B" wants to sell his share of 50%, which My friend wants to buy after paying the consideration value. My quesry is 1) what kind of deed required to be executed for sale or to become 100% owner of the land by "A". 2) What will be the stamp duty if payable 3) trasfer of land what is the proceder. Thanks
