Dear Friend,
I have owned a flat by taking a home loan in Mumbaiin Jan -09 in the name of my mine. Only i have taken the loan as applicant & mother as co-applicant. There is only my name in the agreement. I got married in Jan-08 & she started leaving with me since Nov-08. Now, After leving together since Nov-08 to Feb-10. She has filed DV against me and my parents and asking for 50% share in my flat despite neither her name is there in the agreement nor she has contributed anything to buy that flat in down payment or loan EMI. Only & Only i have purchased this flat contributing my income & EMI.
How can she claim the 50% share in my flat?
How to protect my flat?
Please advice.
