Hello, A father has 7 daughters & 1 only son. Father expired in 1984. During his lifetime he gifted a plot to each of his daughters & son except 1 daughter. This daughter who does not have registered document is living in that plot (which was supposed to be given to her) since 30 years. This daughter name also appears in the boundaries of her sibling plots. Now this daughter want to give this plot to her only son. Pls suggest her options. Thanks in advance for replies.
