Sir, I have purchased the Flat at Kharghar Sector 21 , Riddhi Siddhi CHS. After registration we approched for CIDCO NOC , Now we are finding difficult to take NOC because convenace deed of society is not done .It is a Gaonthon plot under 12.5% scheme.
Here one more issue is this that the flat is in the name of two applicant Son & Mother & son is expired. they have not intimate this to CIDCO.
Society is registerd .Now how i can get CIDCO NOC .It is must for taking loan from IDBI.
