Our housing society is situated in Indrayani nagar Bhosari Pune.
Recently we have completed the process of Deemed conveyance , and now we have Index 2 registerd in name of our society.
now we need to add our society name in the land revenue records, for this we will require to make Property card.
We need consultants who will help to do this property card work.
The consultant should do all ordination work with PCNDTA, PMDRA or PCMC for making the Property card.
Originally the land is Allocated to first owner by PCNDTA under 99 year lease.
