Property claim

My Aunt (unmarried my dad's sister) has passed away without making a will, she has appointed me as a nominee for the shop as me, my wife and my mom were taking care of her from the past 22 years as she use to stay with us, she was physically challenged but use to run a stitching class and was financially independent, she had been bed ridden since may 2011 and we had taken good care of her throughout the past 22 years with no complaints, she has two legal heirs, her brother and her sister who is married, her brother never took care of her and her sister as she was married so she use to come and meet her occasionally, now my question is can i claim this shop legally as i am the nominee, or i have no right in her property?
