Property clarification

Sir I have a property in Surat Gujarat the property was given by my aunty through a registered will. Now I want to sell this land but before that my name should appear in city survey . I applied for city survey and took no objection from my another aunty (deceased sister ) . but the city survey officer rejected this saying that the property legal heirs are of husband side so take no objection from them. My question is the property was self acquired property by my aunty and she did not had any children's and her husband is also no more so she made a registered will in my name I am her real sister son. So the property with out any hasle should be transferred in my name. I am confused please clarify and whether probate is applicable in Surat Gujarat
