We own a property which comes under heritage area hence we cant get permission to develop.
But, we told a local heritage authority to acquire it and give us compensation accordingly.
But authority doesn't have funds to compensate us and also they are not ready to acquire it .
Now i am struck
1) i cant develop property.
2) Authority not ready to acquire it.
3) third party buyers asks for only 25% of actual property price.
just heritage authority Mark property as heritage and leave as it is, without taking any action to preserve it .
Now what can do ?
