Recently one agent came and told  our parents that our property has been sold to other person by someone  by doing all illegal docs and registration. We stil hold the origional docs with us and we requesting to guide us for the following questions.

1. How to proceed for this case.

2. When to file a police case

3. How to tackle this one.

4. Which is better way to attack and see that the culprits should be punished so that it should not happen to others.

5. Incidently one of  my relative knows al this stuff 6 monts back, but that fool has not informed us.

Advance thanks for all and replhy ASAP.

Dont belive in hearsay talks ,go to the concerned registrar office and verify the things and real facts, you can also obtain the information through Rti application. You have both civil and criminal remedies upon this incident

Pl apply for an encumberance certificate from the sub registrar's office under which the property is located. This will show if any transactions had taken place on your property.
