Property dispute between brothers

Hi,

We are three brothers involved in a property. To make things clear I will give each of them a name for better understanding.

1. Myself - Mr A

2.Brother 2 - Mr B

3. Brother 3- Mr C

I've a property in Delhi. The land is built up as a 3 floor house. The land was bought in 1980's and in registered under Mr A and Mr B name.

Mr C, some time in 90's got some signature on DDA(Delhi Development authority) paper to get his name on the property. However, there was no official registry in his name and no cash was exchanged as part of this signature.

Mr A and Mr C are currently living at the property. Mr B has moved out. All the meters i.e. Water, electricity are in individuals names. The property tax comes in the Mr A and Mr B's name.

I would like to know does Mr C has any legal right on the property based on the DDA paper he got signed in 90's.

Thanks for your help.

Mr A

As registered owner of .property are  Mr A & Mr B so Mr C has no legal right over the property .

Hi Sc Pratihar, the property was bought by brothers, myself and mr b. however the property is not freehold. So just to confirm, third brother does not has any legal right and if a notice sent will have to vacate the property?
