once paratition always partition.  Is there any document with you to show the partition?

Partition cannot be reopened after 50 years, its too late now. Let him fight.

@ Archana...thak you..  but how to proceed legally against them because they are always quarrelling,thretening to kill our father  if we start this season(Ploughing) and we are at the danger end (if they do anything while my father at paddy field).   can we put an end to this problem by proceeding legally now itself.

If they are threatning to kill your father then, file a complaint with the police.

If they are not allowing you to enter into the field then, file a suit for injunction against them,

if they file a case against us,    is there any chance of stay order agaist us.
