Property distribution

Muslim Parent wants to distribute properties not among sons but their wives where as the elder son is staying separately with his second wife with out leaving first wife. My query is - - Can the elder son put objection to the property distribution? Or how can the property be transferred to both daughter in laws?

If it is a property made by the father or mother by their own earnings then parents can share it any way they wish. You can give it by a will to daughter in laws and leave out son. If it is ancestral property which either father or mother has got as their share from previous generation then everyone has equal rights. No way to restrict it to few. By law all children get equal share. Daughter in laws get no share. You cannot write in daughter in laws name at all in this case. It has to be your direct son or sons or direct daughters.
