I PURCHASED A FLAT UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN LUXMI NAGAR DELHI
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WE PAID 50% MONEY WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT THE BUILDER WILL CONSTRUCT THE FLAT AS PER OUR REQUIRMENT
AFTER GETTING MONEY BUILDER WAS REQUESTED TO MAKE AN AGREEMENT . THE WRONG AGREEMENT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY BILDER THEREFORE THE AGREEMENT WAS CORRECTED AND GIVEN BECK TO BUILDER FOR NECCESSARY CORRECTION AND NOTORISATION BUT THE BUILDER HAD NEITHER CORRECTED AGREEMENT THE AGREEMENT NOR RETURN BECK.
AS HE WAS USING THE TACTISE TO DELEY THE CONSTRUCTION THEREFORE HE WAS AGAIN REQUESTED TO COMPLETE THE FLAT. BUT HE INSISTED TO MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT AND EXECUTE THE REGISTRY WHICH WAS EXECUTED BEFORE TWO MONTHS BUT BUILDER IS NOT COMPLETING THE FLAT. THE KEY OF MAIN GATE IS WITH US WE ARE NOW THINING TO SHIFT IN INCOMPLETE FLAT INSPITE OF PAYING FULL PAYMENT.
PL ADVISE WHETHER ANY COURT WILL HELP US TO EXECUTE THE BALANCE WORK
