Relinquishment deed do's and dont's rules. Hindu joint family father/mother alive and 2 legal heirs. All properties on Father and mother name.
1. Can one coparcenar heir can relinquish/release rights to one coparcenar is this valid deed ?excluding othercoparcenar ?.
All properties are registered under father and mother name both are in india and one legal heir who is willing to relinquish his rights from joint hindu family also in india.
One legal heir is outside India not available to sign the deed he is not releasing or relinquishing his rights from joint hindu family. Do we need to include his name in the deed or just include the father and mother name and execute the deed ?
