Property issue

Experts kindly answer my query.we four brothers have got property registered on our names which we got through a family settlement.we all share a common passage through which our drainage lines run.now I want to dispose my property.one of my brother is saying that since we share a common passage preference to buy the property must be first given to them and if I try to sell to someone outside he will obtain a stay from the court.is that possible.kindly help

The title to the property on sale must be free from all encumbrances, claims and court proceedings.
The ownership of the titleholder can be traced from title deeds and revenue records.Neighbours must know about your selling property since common passage is existed.

there is no strict rule that you must sell the property to relatives.if they are still insisting and ready to buy at the rate you are offering then you might consider.
