Property issue

You say:

"Before a year I lease a particular property from my frnd."

This means, you have TAKEN ON LEASE the property from your friend.

Then you say:

"How can I get the property back from my friend."

When you have taken on lease the property, then WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF GETTING BACK THE PROPERTY from your friend arises?

Appears that you are totally confused.

Why dont you write small sentence to convey clear meaning?

Further it is not clear whether there is any written agreement?  Whether it is Registered etc. etc.

Do you think that by giving half-baked information and putting some query, you will get proper answer?
