Respected sir, I k triveni.I have applied dvc case on my husband nd I m trying to get divorce from my husband.bt he purchased property lands on my name by my money.I dnt know where is that properties.can I put a case on him to handover to me and ask court for search warrant on my properties.since dvc case is not yet finalised..

Dear Querist ,you have to trace the property where it is located only after you can ask to handover that property of just file RTI aplications in various departments where you have doubt to own property in your name by your husband to give detail about them.
