- We are 2 brothers - ME and BRO
- BRO is married and lives in Jaipur
- ME is married and lives in gurgaon with parents (at parental property, in name of mother)
We want to go for partition/settlement for parental property, as follows,
- Property must remain in name of mother until death
- ME will transfer to BRO, a sum equivalent to 1/3 of current property value, at which point BRO will surrender his prospective ownership on 1/3 portion
- After mother, ME will possess 2/3 of property, while the remaining 1/3 will be partitioned equally between ME and BRO
