i have purchased property (30x 40)from the owner and the owner and his brothers all toghether having 38 Guntas, the property is from the partitioned property.After that the Owner's brother saying his brother is having 3-5 feet in my site . and the owner is selling the property to other builder, builder is saying that i cant give you the road to access my site and in the DC Converstion it is mentioned that before selling the site ,the owner of the land has to approach some of the approved organisations like BDA /BMRDA / ..../../
which is not happened .. I want to some advises what to do ...
my Idea is to file a case on the entire land of my owner and get the OS number.. so that he cant sell any property in the land..what is the procedure to get OS number and what is the amount i have to spend for this ..
Please Advise me your opnions...
