Property right query

I have a question related to my father's property. We are 8 siblings (2 sons (including me) and 6 daughters). My father has passed away in 1998, after which my mother used to take care of the property. Recently my mother has also passed away. The property is still on my father’s name. We all have got married. I was married when I was 19 years old (It was love marriage). My family (brother-in laws especially) put me conditions for my marriage in 2003 (I was 19). They asked me to sign on 100 rupees bond paper stating that I do not have right on this property and I got money for my share and I will not claim in future whatsoever (My friends being witness). I actually neither got money nor share. I did sign on that paper (my friends signed as witnesses.) Despite this, it was me who taken care of my mother. Unfortunately she passed away and my brother and sisters started fighting for property and they said I do not have any rights in that property because I wrote in that bond paper in 2003 when I was 19 year old. I did sign on that paper as I was going through mixed emotional pain, I did not think its consequences and I started to realize now, it was my wrong decision to sign on that bond. Could you please help me to understand whether this bond is still legally valid for life time? I don’t have rights on this property? I can’t claim? Please advise.

Shoukath if u signed under threat then that sign had no value in eyes of law.

U can get share in that property .

Dear sirs,

Thank you for reply. It is much appreciated. It was not a blank paper. It was indeed written contents of which clearly states that I do not have right on my father's property. It also states that I received money instead of my share. Since then (year 2003), I have been explled from my house by my brother in laws.

How can I prove that agreement was done whilst I was in distress? They actually threatened me saying I cannot marry without signing on it? I had to give up my property for my marriage. I didn't regret for that but I don't want my father's hard earned money goes into wrong hands. It is not fair.
