Property rights

Hello,

I had a double-storied house. I provided it as a "gift deed" to my  grand-daughter ( my only daughter's child). Now, her rogue parents forced her to transfer  the first floor  of the property as a "gift deed" to her mother. My granddaughter is 28 years old. Still, her parents torture her emotionally.

Now her parents wants to sell the  first floor of our ancenstral house and move out with the money. If my grandchild, returns the "gift deed" to me ( returns the ownership to me), will my daughter loose all the rights on the property? Please suggest ways to stop them from selling the house immediately.

Please help me with a apt legal solution
