Sir / Mam,
My mother marriage was happened on 1990. Her Father's property was bought in 1978. Her father was died on 1993. She has two brothers and one sister. My doubt is that , Whether my mom has the rights to get equal share in her father's property ??

if your grand father had left without any will, and if no partition had taken place between brothers,yes your mother has a right in that property.
