Dear Sir,
I just only want to know that if mother wants to transfer her property in the name of his one son only than is it possible that other son claim for the same or not?
Please note: Mother has given power of atorny to her one son to deal with her whole moveable or imoveable property.

Hello Sir,
If its a self acquired property of ur mother than she is free dispose off the property as she wishes. But if its the acnsestral property than the other son can always claim his share in the property and if mother tranfsers the said property it would be illgal.
