Dear sir/MAdam,
My wife is a lawyer. and she is plan to get divorce against me. I have a land of 1500 sq. ft. with a constructed building of 160 sq. ft. Now i want to take precaution before she send notice. My Land ( Register office ) is in my wife home town only.
1. can i register my property in some other register office to my parents or i have to go to the same office which i had register ( my wife hometown).
2. Otherwise can any option to write any will to my parent for transfer the property,
3. Can i transfer the property after she send summon notice
