My father passed away two years back leaving his house in a housing society in mumbai.We are hindu and this property was purchased by our father
Hehas given equal share of property to all of us brother and sister in nomination paper to society .(my mother passed away before my father.)
My sisters and brother has agreed to forgo their share in my favour.
Please advise what steps has to be taken to transfer this flat on my name.
we have intimated to society to transfer the share 25% to each of us as per nomination form.However society has not taken any action nor advised us regarding action to be taken
