Property will

I have purchased a property recently from a person (A). He (A) purchased the property from another person (B) 4 years back. Person (B) got the property through succession act from her mother (C) who died around 12 years back.  Person (B) is the only child of person (C). Now, third person (D) has come and occupied the property saying that he has the property will written by person (C) in favour of him (D). It is true that there is a will and it is is registered one. It is not yet probated. It is an agricultural land in Tamil Nadu. Can I know how to proceed on this one? Will I loose the property?

You can ask the new entrant, in case he has the succession or probate along with the will...

coz you have already puchased the property from the succession certificate holder. and the property is already in your name..

Should not be an issue.. but if this person has decided to put you in trouble then he can.
