Protection of Ex High Court Judges
To the best of my knowledge Section 197 of CrPC gives protection against Prosecution of Judges and public servants accused of any offence alleged to have been committed by him while acting or purporting to act in the discharge of their official duty,
Besides the above, Is there any other protection given by any Article of the Constitution against criminal prosecution for their acts done after retirement not done in the discharge of their official duty?
