If a suit under DV Act is filed for various reliefs e.g. right to shared household or alternative accommodation, menetary relief , litigation charges,protection from domestic violence etc., what kind of evidence is required for proving the case in the court? My query is
1. How long it takes at the max for the Court to give its verdict?
2.Since the violence took place in the in-laws'house, she has no witness in her support.
3. Her husband had not paid any money for her recent surgery ( before leaving for abroad) and her father paid the additional cost for which bank a/c statement is available.
5. At present she is living in her father's house as the in-laws refused to give her entry in their house which is in the name of the father-in-law but that was the place of residence of her husband
6.. A case under 498a and 34 of IPC has been registered by the police. Streidhan has been recovered partly under 406 of IPC
