Contact University exanination center and know procedure.You can even contact the law college staff to know the prrocedure for getting Provisional certificate.

Provisional Sanad can be issued after your results and your LL.b pass certificate. So wait until results. As far as my knowlefge goes provisional sanad I understood as provisional Ll.B Degree Certificate.In Andhra Pradesh there is one enrollment certificate after LL.B degree.
