You can complaint to traffic department so that all traffic rules will be observed by the transporters.

1. you can file a formal complaint to the concerned SP/DC regarding the matter,

2. you can also approach the concerned Court to restrain them from creating any nuisance in the peaceful living

The issue relations not to you alone, but the entire community who purchased those houses near Anaj mandi, knowing such circumstances then and likely rush in future.  You have to mobilize a group and fight as a community for moving and relocating such Anazmandi to a different place and you have to make such efforts through the involvement of a  ward councellor and peoples' representatives (MLA and MP).  You can not alone do anything as the problems is not from single individual and the perpetrators of this nuisance are many and everyone is having such legally valid license for those business activities.
