I am planning to buy constructed house which is measurement of 20-30 but in Hakku pathra it is 30-40 they are saying in that area all sites allotted like that only. And 1st buyer is pasha it was a free site allotted to him from Government and second buyer Gangalakshmi and 3rd buyer is Raghavendra if I buy I will be 4th buyer. The owner is saying he don't have Hakku pathra for 30-40. Nothing will happen. But banks are rejecting due to dimension not correct and 1st person Pasha family tree not considered.please guide can I go head with the property by not taking loan. Banks have rejected
