My friend father purchased a site in bangalore for which the property was brought through GPA holders of the land in 1995. Later my friend father died and property transferred to his mother name with betterment charges & received a katha for the same. Now he want to construct a house but some people are claiming that the same property is also registerted to them. Than he went to civil court for settlement. The oder was passed in my friend name, but he still not able to take position (because the other people troubling with police protection) after 3 year. What should he do ?
Whether he should sell his property ?
Whether he should go to court for any order ?
Please advice for the same.
