Hi Team,
I am planning to buy a 'garage' of 25 square meter from a developer. The building has ground + 2 floors.
I have 2 questions:
1. What can I use the garage for other then parking my car?
2. In future when the building is being redeveloped by the society, will my garage area of 25 square meter be calculated for the FSI? or will my 25 square meter area be useless when redeveloping the building because I heard that a 'garage' has no FSI and will not be taken into consideration.
