Purchasing agricultural land

author, at present you have no property, you can purchase a property.

I want to purchase the property in Maharashtra. I was agriculturist as I hold Agricultural land some years back. But at present there is no proof in my hand determining myself as agriculturist  except the 7/12 extract of past year. I have to sale land due to some family problems. But now I want to purchase the land for agricultural purpose.  7/12 extract of todays date shows my name cancelled but it also shows the crops taken by me in past years and also shows irrigation scheme entry in my name. Whether this 7/12 extract is sufficient to prove myself as a agriculurist?
