Can a Purshis be filed after false affidivat has been filed instead of filing pre jury 340 . When we have sumbitted evidence to claim the affidivat filed is false or is it to put on record only for the verbal say that they give to put on record . Can anybody in this forum sumbit sample purshis in order to know the same .
