Hi all. Good day to you . I was working in Company as a Accounts manager from 1996 was promoted to Accounts Head on 2013. Later on the General manager of my company has Started one company and made me as an acting Director. Then we have brought a loan from Private Finance. Until I'm in company the loan amount was paid in instalments basis . I have resigned from the company on 2018 . After my resignation the company is not paying the instalment properly. I went to the GM of the company to ask him to pay the loan in which he was used the loan amount and transferred to his company. Now the bank has sending a Court Notice to my house address. I request you to help me in this concern.
