Quahing of fir u/s 420 ,120b after two investigation

i was booked u/s 420.120b as my grandfather gave me POA after recieving money from my family but after two years when the price of land become high .he and my uncle complaint against me and my mom and dad that the land which is now my mother named is acually we get fradulantly and after that with the influence they got fir registered against us u/s 420.120b .but after that we move application for investigation at dgp office and he marked that application to adgp crime in that inquiry no case is mention in the result of that inquiry and after that the opposite party again marked an application for next inquiry by ssp in this inquiry too we dnt have any crime shown by the inquiry officers so in both two inquiries we have no case .so now what to do for cancelling this fir or quashing this fir .till now no challan has been filled by the police in the court plz help me what to do as me belongs to punjab

I was also booked under the same act with addition sections along with my whole family for a property issue, the investigation officer played mischief by registering false FIR , i have bail now , we made petition in high court for FIR quash but got dismissed.,i dont know what should i do now :( :(

police has not filled chargesheet, but they said they will soon

will the police call us to police station when they file chargesheet??

Please update me how many months passed ur chargesheet has been filed and how did they file it , i mean did u go to the court of police station physically to take the chargesheet.

I am feeling very low and sad these days because of all these problems :(
