We had filed two quash petition in Chandigarh HC since 2010 against false 498A/406 & DV complaint filed by wife of my younger brother.
Both out quash petition has been admitted. Both Order copy only says a word ADMITTED nothing else. No facts or other order has not been narrated onto the order copies nor has a next date been given by HC so far.
Pls could someone suggest what we need to do next? Does this mean now case will proceed further and we will be informed by HC on next date? Now we have to prove our facts? How long now this case can go?
