Domestic violence case & divorcee in Delhi - Saket. But me and my wife are out of DV case as residing in Faridabad
Now Charge sheet for 498A has no specific claim agsint me & my wife,.
One Lawyer issuggesting for appealing Name withdrawl , we need to apply first in Lower court and after its rejection (maximum chances) then approach HIGH court. His reasoning- if we approch HIGH court directly they will route us back to lower court.
Other lawwyer suggesting that applying in lower court not reqd, directly apply to High court.
Please suggest as i am getting a job abroad but unable to get PCC and my carreer is at stake.
