I have been charged under false allegations for cr.p.c 107 .case is closed. can I quash cr.p.c 107 if yes how?

Respected sir , False allegations has been charged against me under section cr.p.c 107 as I was not present at the time of verbal dispute occured with my neighbour. Wrong allegations has been imposed against me.what should I do?

why do you want to quash if the case is closed and you are not convicted.
