I approched High Court after my Revision Petitions were dismissed by the Session court. Now the high court seek judgements of the supreme court where revision petition is maintainable as the trial is already begins. We filed quashing petitions U/S 482 before High Court as no proper procedures were followed by the police before chargesheet and at the time of lodging the FIR. It is a case of cyberlaw under section 66.
