A judgement has been passed in my favour by high court delhi in service matter case. But no time limit has been prescribed to implement the judgement. Now if the respondent do not implement the judgment what legal action I can take. Can the respondent go for review or appeal in supreme court. How much time I have to wait before taking legal action. I have sent a copy of the judegement to the respondent under registered A.D. cover with a request to implement the same. The respondent's advocate did come to the court but left the court after saying- i agree. thus he did not appear
