Sir I have a property which needs to be probated the property is in Surat and I am Levi ng in Kutch both are Gujarat states so can I apply for probate in kutch as my aunty died in kutch so can a probate can be made in other city

You have to apply through a lawyer.

Your lawyer would know the court of pecuniary jurisdiction.
