What is "Warrant trail" and "Summon trial"? Under which section of Crpc it falls because the definition clause speaks of "Summons case and "Warrant case".
Is there any diffrence between the two?

go through section 238-250 for warrant trial and section 251-259 for summons trial under Cr.P.C.
