DEAR MEMBERS, I CAME TO KNOW THAT APPLICATION U/S 91 CRPC CANNOT BE FILED AGAINST ACCUSED.BUT THE INFORMATION WHAT I NEED IS WITH THW ACCUSED ONLY.SO ANY OTHER SEC OF CRPC WILL APPLY .PLZ ADVISE
