Now coming to the discussing point.In present condition Indian young generation taking copyright permission of European culture in one side,another side mix culture cannot prevent the maintain the law and order.
As a example Indian young generation move into the dating culture which convert society in no good but all bad.When a guy do s*xual assault or misuse respect by the false promise of marriage obviously that is the biggest crime and for safety and judgement different IPC section is working such as S406,S417,S415,S420, and moreover S498 and S498A. Different Woman organisation and also we are working about their safety.But these power of law is misusing by maximum ladies threatening opponent that is related males which is becoming harmful to family relation and also becoming a reason of psychological pressure to those male ultimately in the silence torture some male is committing suicide in the name of closing the case of depression.
Now we have to think for some situation
1.One lady is using so many males to complete her materialistic requirement using and provoking by her body shamelessly.When she is captured by anyone of those guys then that lady is using those mentioned law for her safeguard.In this period some of the guys become ruined to maintain their heart requirement.Continuous hunting process is going on.What is the remedy?
2.In the subject of Illegal relation married woman is not so back in comparison of male.But about the protest anytime a married woman can go to P.S and can file case on her husband and also on older father in law and mother in law.Her one statement is enough to destroy all the respect of any family.Two ways are remaining in front of his life (a)Forget and compromise for whole life;(b)finish his life;In these two way what is the honorable way as per law?
